As a creative technologist, maker, educator, and musician, my goal is to inspire, educate, and empower individuals of all ages. My approach to my life’s work is radically cross-disciplinary as I work at the intersection of technology, design, education, engineering, art, and communication.
RECENT PROJECTS
-
Eurorack Module Prototyping
One of my roles with North Coast Modular Collective is prototyping our Eurorack synthesizer modules and other instruments. To do this, I use a range of technologies, including Arduino, PureData, Illustrator, laser cutting, analog and digital electronics, and more.
-
Walnut Media Console & Speaker Stands
My family needed a new solution for our television and media devices to replace an outdated entertainment center. We wanted something with a mid-century modern look that would accommodate all of our devices and freshen up our living area.
-
Custom Synthesizer Cabinet
My friend and mix engineer Alex Taam (aka Mogi Grumbles) came to me with a challenge: he needed a custom synthesizer cabinet for his priceless vintage analog synthesizers that would maximize the footprint in his small studio space, while allowing for easy access to play and manipulate the controls of each instrument.

Custom TTSH/ARP 2600 Synthesizer Case
This custom synthesizer case was created for Chris Koltay, owner of High Bias Recording in Detroit, MI. It was custom-designed to fit Chris’s ARP 2600 clone, the TTSH. I hand-built this case from walnut plywood, solid walnut, and custom metal rails.
